Once you've submitted your claim, the claims handler will get in touch within a few business days and will let you know if they need any extra info or documents.
Once they've double-checked that you've sent through all the right info and documents, it usually takes around 10 business days to review each claim, although more complicated cases can take a little longer. We'll let you know the outcome either way, so keep an eye on your emails.
Once your claim has been approved, you'll get your money within 5 business days.
